The Management Board Europe (MBE) is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Dorsch Europe. With an efficient management structure, it ensures the sustainable development and economic stability of the Group. It coordinates overarching business processes and ensures the targeted management of all companies and business units belonging to Europe.
The MBE relies on close cooperation - especially with the management of the group companies, promotes the exchange of expertise and uses synergies to optimize processes and drive innovation.

Prof. Dr. Jan Akkermann
CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
As CEO, Prof. Dr. Jan Akkermann manages the strategic development of Dorsch Europe, is responsible for the overall organization and represents its goals in dialogue with customers and the management of the individual companies. As a member of the Dorsch Global Executive Committee, he helps shape the direction of the globally active group.

As COO, Eric Fischer develops and organizes the operational and administrative processes of Dorsch Europe.
